As a certified Personal Trainer, Yoga Instructor, SUP Yoga Guide, and Paddle board Safety & Rescue Coach, Jodi offers a yoga practice that is both supportive and empowering. SUP Yoga sessions are designed to help you feel steady and connected—inviting you to explore movement on the board with curiosity rather than perfection.

Her teaching style balances alignment with flow, effort with ease, and safety with a sense of lightness. Each session is shaped by the conditions on the water, the people on the boards, and the intention you bring with you that day.

Buddha Voodoo on the Water – SUP Yoga Paddle

This SUP Yoga and paddle boarding experience blends mindful movement, breath, balance, and nature—guided by Jodi, a certified yoga instructor, personal trainer, and experienced paddle board instructor guide.  Sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you are, whether it’s your first time on a board or you’re looking to deepen your practice in a truly unique setting.

Floating atop calm coastal and back waters, Jodi weaves together gentle yoga flows, grounding poses, and intentional pauses that invite you to reconnect with your body, your breath, and the present moment. Expect laughter, grace, and the occasional wobble—it’s all part of the experience.

This is not a studio class. It’s Buddha Voodoo:

Jodi offers SUP Yoga combined with learning to paddle board or improve your SUP skills, as well as coastal and back water exploration most weekends, at various locations in Naples. Once you reserve a time slot, she will contact you to plan the venue that works best for you, the weather and water conditions including tide.
